FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) Is shipping available to all countries? Do you ship to the USA or Australia?
Yes, we ship practically everywhere!

2) How can I check the status of my shipment?
You received your tracking number in the e-mail. Just enter it on your office mail site or on this website:

3) I haven't received my shipping confirmation email.
Check your spam. Unfortunately, sometimes emails end up there.

4) In what timeframe do you send packages?
It usually takes us no longer than a week, we typically send packages on Monday or Fridays. As the store develops, we will try to make this time shorter and shorter.

5) It's been a month and my package hasn't arrived.
If something like that happens, don't worry! Contact me. The packages are insured, so you'll simply receive a new one.

6) My items were damaged during travel, what should I do?
Please contact me via mail or on Instagram and attach photos, we will find a solution!

7) What are the payment methods on the website?
You can pay by card via Stripe, Google Pay and PayPal.

8) What are the print formats?
Currently, A5, A4 and square print formats are available - 13x13 cm and 21x21 cm. 

9) Can I ask you for...'
Sure! It's best to write it in the note when ordering. This will be easier for me to verify and not lose your request during orders.

10) What are these numbers on the prints? Are they quantities?  
They're reference numbers to help me quickly locate the ordered print.
